11/07 BBRAVE @ Future World Funk (London)
Russ Jones and DJ Cliffy are sharing the decks with BBRAVE on November 7. These doods have been running London nights for a while now. Not just London night actually, these guys have literally played everywhere. Get to know these cats on Future World Funk’s main website and do take a moment to listen to Hackney GlobeTrotter radio. 10/11 SE: BBRAVE @ High Life (Stockholm)
We first heard of Stockholm’s High Life party last summer when our good friend headed to Sweden to rock the decks there. Summer’s gone, leafs are turning yellow and red, but the highlife heat is still rumbling under the surface… so get ready Stockholm! This is a Sunday gig, so expect more old school, mellow sounds from BBRAVE, Congolese rumba, highlife and juju at the core, with tidbits of zouk, Brazilian funk and more interspersed in there… oh and Anna and Seb sound like really nice people – with fantastic taste, so tell your Swedish friends to hop by!

Johanna of Sick Girls dug Akwaaba Sem Transporte so much that she decided to invite BBRAVE to share the decks at Picknick, the quintessential Berlin non-megaclub. Specific details will be up soon enough, in the meantime we’ll give you the address!
